Valco Baby USA Standard 1-Year Warranty
Valco Baby USA supplies its strollers and accessories under warranty, subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty Period: The manufacturer’s warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase as indicated on the sales receipt (see Extended Warranty below)
- Location Specific: This manufacturer’s warranty applies to products purchased in the USA and residing in the USA
- Private Use Only: This limited manufacturer’s warranty applies only to a product purchased for private use and expressly excludes products obtained for commercial purposes, such as commercial rentals.
- Extended Warranty: Valco Baby USA is proud to offer an EXTENDED WARRANTY (for a total 2 years) on all our strollers when registered within 3 months of purchase effective October 1st 2024.
To receive the extended warranty, simply register online at
https://valcobaby.com/warranty-registration/ within three months of purchase and provide a valid receipt from an authorized retailer. It’s our way of saying thank you for putting your trust in us.
- Claim Requirements: To claim under this manufacturer’s warranty, you must provide: – A copy of the dated receipt of purchase.
- A clear description of the complaint.
- Photographs or Video of the defective part or product.

- Non-Transferable Warranty: The manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable and may only be invoked by the original owner.
- Register your products at https://valcobaby.com/warranty-registration/ for faster service in case a warranty claim needs to be filed.
Covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty
- During the warranty period, Valco Baby will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to faulty manufacturing, under normal use.
Exclusions from the Manufacturer’s Warranty
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Defects resulting from neglect, accidents, or use not indicated in the user guide. – Damage due to normal wear and tear.
- Corrosion or rust on the wheels and chassis due to extreme environmental conditions, including high humidity, salt spray, ice, or snow, or due to insufficient maintenance.
- Incorrect mounting or installation of third-party parts.
- Inadvertent or unintentional damage, abnormal use, or insufficient care. – Improper storage or product care.
- Damage to push bars or upholstery due to normal daily use.
- Holes or tears in the tires.
- Damage due to improper use or failure to follow the user guide.
- Damage due to repairs by unauthorized persons or improper disassembly.
- Transport damage (during air or other transport): Inspect your Valco Baby USA product carefully after shipping and file any claims with the carrier.
- Airline/Transport damage: Inspect your Valco Baby USA product after it has been handled by the airline or other transporters and submit any claims directly to them.
- Customer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of fit, weight, functionality, color, or design.
