At what age can I use the stroller with the toddler seat attached?
The toddler seat can accommodate a child that can sit up unassisted. The best use for the toddler seat is as a supplement to the single, when your older child doesn’t always sit and nap in the stroller but needs the occasional break.
From what age can I place my infant in the stroller?
Most Valcobaby strollers offer a fully reclining seat. Some models come equipped with infant head support already installed in the seat enabling you harness your child and use your stroller from birth and beyond.
I have twins. Does any Valcobaby twin accommodate two car seats at the same time?
Unfortunately, if you placed two car seats in a side by side stroller, it would make the stroller too wide to fit through a standard size door!

The new V-Tick buckle system was designed with the utmost concern for your child’s safety to prevent accidental unlatching of the harness.

What is covered by your warranty?
The Valcobaby warranty covers the stroller from manufacturer defects, however does not cover damage that is a result of normal wear and tear, misuse or accidents or is out side the warranty period. In the event that a stroller that is not covered by the warranty, or has to be sent into our repair service, it is the owner’s responsibility to cover the shipping charges and cost of repair.
Are strollers purchased on EBay covered under warranty?
Strollers purchased from an authorized retailer following guidelines outlined by Valcobaby are covered under warranty. If you are not sure whether stores is authorized or not just give us a call to check. Warranties on strollers purchased from unauthorized retailers are null and void and all repairs or service issues are subject to charge.
I live outside the USA but purchased the stroller from a USA retailer. Is my stroller still covered under warranty?
The Valcobaby stroller warranty only applies in the country in which the stroller is purchased. If you live outside the USA and purchased from a US based retailer and have a warranty issue, you would be responsible for the shipping charges to and from the USA.
How do I maintain my stroller?
For Valco models with a front swivel wheel, it is always good to periodically remove the fork from the frame, wipe it down and give it a slight coating of petroleum jelly or a silicon based lubricant. That will keep the front swivel wheel in optimum condition
Can I jog with the Tri mode Stroller?
The Tri Mode series of strollers are designed to be able to lock the front wheel in a fixed position for light to moderate jogging. Just turn the dial on your front wheel to fixed position and away you go! Please note however that you should consult with your pediatrician about a suitable age to start jogging with a new born.
Can I use the Infant Car seat Adaptor and the toddler seat at the same time?
With the universal fitting system located on the frame of the tri mode you can attach the front bar, car seat adaptor, toddler seat and snack tray. We do try and accommodate as many scenarios as possible; however these accessories can only be used one at a time.
